Delivery Policy

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, high-demand seasons, or courier delays.
2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain amount. (Optional — tell us if you want a specific limit added.)
Standard shipping charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) or low-value orders.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected pin codes.
- An additional COD fee may apply depending on your location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email containing your tracking number and courier partner details.
You can track your order anytime through our Tracking Page or the courier’s official website.

7. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to an unreachable phone number, incorrect address, or repeated refusals, the package may be returned to us.
8. Wrong Address or Phone Number
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct while placing the order. citypb10.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take photos/videos of the package and product.
- Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery at citypb10@gmail.com or call +91 93562 01201.
- We will assist you promptly.
