1. Eligibility for Returns
We at citypb10.com want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed (if apparel), with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Have all accessories, manuals and freebies included (if any).
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-returnable Items
Some products may be excluded from returns, such as:
- Items that have been damaged after delivery, worn, altered or washed.
- Items labelled “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Accessories or consumables (e.g., certain hygiene products, perishables) once opened or used.
- Gift cards, digital downloads or downloadable software.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service by email at citypb10@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, item(s) being returned and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return-shipping address.
You must send the item back within 3 working days of receiving approval, using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 7–10 business days (or sooner) from the date we accept the return.
- The refund amount will exclude the original shipping charges (unless the return is due to an error on our part) and any bank/transaction fees.
- If the item is found used, damaged, missing parts/tags or otherwise not eligible under the policy, we may decline the return and send the item back to you.
5. Exchange Option
If you would like an exchange instead of a refund (for size, colour or another model):
- After your return request is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
- Once we receive the original item and approve it, we will process the refund for the original order and you will pay for the shipping of the new item (unless otherwise specified).
- For stock availability, make the new order only after we approve the return.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item:
- Please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) with photos of the defect/damage, the packaging and the product.
- If it’s our error, we will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you, and we’ll send you the correct item or issue a full refund (including shipping) as preferred.
